My Business Philosophy

 These items are of utmost to me as your real estate professional:

Integrity:  This matters most.  Without it, one need not waste time attempting to conduct business.  I will deal honestly and fairly with all people at all times.  You can expect honesty from me, and I will always deliver it to you.

Knowledge:  I am compensated for what I know.  I continually seek methods to increase my knowledge of the real estate industry.  This allows me to provide better service to the public.

Service:  I am a service provider, not a salesperson.  My service to the public is to educate them throughout the real estate transaction process.

Teamwork:  There are many moving parts in a real estate transaction, and a lot of people involved in the process.  It is my responsibility to motivate the team and move us through the transaction.

Professional Standards:  The Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors is a guide for my everyday business dealings.  Florida laws are clear on my responsibilities and obligations to my customers.  I shall obey the law and abide by the Code of Ethics.

Effort:  I devote a lot of effort to my business.  You can expect that when I am serving as your Realtor, I will conduct myself in a manner consistent with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibility:  There is no greater business than repeat and referral business.  In order to get that, customers must be satisfied with their transaction.  I do what it takes to do the job right, and I hold myself accountable for my actions.

Win-Win:  When the transaction closes, all parties are pleased.  All are treated with fairness and dignity.
